CleanEquity® is a private conference, which features up to 30 of the world’s best in class next generation technology companies. Each company presents its vision and has the opportunity to network with prominent financial, strategic, sovereign, corporate and family investors, established industry representatives, government officials, end users, and international trade media.
CleanEquity’s partner, the Fairmont Monte Carlo, provides an intimate and collegiate atmosphere; the ideal setting for delegates to engage actively with the entrepreneurs and inventors seeking to accelerate their company’s commercial and strategic goals.
Thought provoking and pragmatic plenary sessions and workshops, with distinguished speakers and participants, contribute to the event’s excellent 12-year reputation.
The annual invitation-only event was co-founded by HSH Prince Albert II and Mungo Park, Chairman, and Founder of Innovator Capital.
This year, it was once again hosted by Innovator Capital, the London-based specialist investment bank that advises Biomedical and Cleantech companies. The conference gives a platform to inventors and entrepreneurs and allows them to share their stories with delegates. It is an important networking opportunity to engage with key decision makers who can assist them in reaching their commercial and strategic goals. This year, the focus was on an in-depth exploration of transitional energy strategies and the effect of recent developments in ‘new nuclear’.
Since 2007, attending companies have raised an incredible $1.7 billion (€1.41 billion) at CleanEquity. For the 2018 event, Innovator Capital’s CleanEquity unit has sourced over 600 companies, of which some 30 were selected. International partners in Asia, Europe, Australasia, North America, and South America helped the event organizers select the shortlist of leading technologies and innovations. HSH Prince Albert II praised the event, saying: “friendships have been forged, and greater strides have been made towards a cleaner, safer and more sustainable future.”
